Welcome to the magical world of lavender!
Located in an intact natural environment, in the tranquil and idyllic village of Nova Kapela near Vrbovec, some 60 kilometers away from Zagreb, our family farm grows Hvar lavender (Lavandula Hybrida Reverchon II). The best known organic food farm in Croatia, ZRNO, is located in the nearby village of Habijanovac, only 5-6 kilometers from our plantation.
On 3 hectares of land that has been free from cultivation for years, which is the main precondition for organic farming, we planted about 14.000 bushes of this beautiful, fragrant plant.
By carefully tending to each bush, and by not using any pesticides, we obtained flowers of exceptionally quality. From hand picking, drying and cleaning through to selection and packing, the entire process is hand made. The result is a scented sachet with pure lavender flowers that emits an extremely pleasant, soothing and refreshing fragrance.
The selection of products, presented in these pages, is added to and enhanced each year with special care being taken to observe the principles of organic production, to make the product look attractive and to meet the expectations and needs of our customers.
